Appearance: Tall and stocky with an oversized nose, which has often been the butt of some immature jokes in the past - most people (namely one perpetually cheerful Flying Officer), however, seem to have grown out of these sorts of jokes. Tim's light brown hair is (or was, at one stage in his life before the hairdresser got to it) curly, and beneath this mop of curls (which was, at one stage, also adorable) he has light blue eyes that seem to pierce - especially when he's mad.
Personality: Tim has a harsh way of conversing with just about every person he meets. He does have some tact, however, and so he knows not to get on the wrong side of his superiors. Despite his unfortunate cruelty towards people, he is a supurb fighter and leader, although he stresses the rules to such an extent that you do not wish to make a mistake under his command. Beneath everything, the word 'fun' remains in his vocabulary.
Bio: Tim was always a brattish child, and his parents and older siblings had absolutely no idea what to do with them. If any of them had thought of the Army back then, they would have dumped him there so much earlier.
At school, he excelled in absolutely nothing, really not giving a damn about his future. So assured that it wouldn't really matter anyway, he kept on with these ways until his last few years at school when he had a tiny bit of sense whacked into him. This was, of course, the tragic event of his father's death when he was fifteen. He was very much aware that his father was anything but proud of him. Quietly, Tim took it upon himself to change everything he was before he disappointed everyone in his life.
He cleaned up his acts, becoming very serious and it didn't take long until he became an honour student. When he finished high school he went to Britain to study. It was at a British university where he met his good friend of twelve years, Adam Donovan. It was here that Tim had a balance of fun and serious study, and the best years of his life.
He and Adam separated for a little while when he joined the Army and Adam joined the Air Force. However, they managed to keep in constant contact with each other, and eventually they both found out about the Stargate project and a chance to finally work together.
Tim was promoted from Captain to the rank of Major in August, 2005.
