Before going on to fill out the form, make sure you've complied with all of the following:

• For original characters: your application does not have any reference to a rank or team (these are both assigned), or relation to canon characters.
• All application fields must be filled in. Where an extended response is required, you have written in complete sentences. The more developed, the better.
• You are able to keep up with the pace of the game.
